In order to ensure Â鶹ÊÓƵ meets all of the necessary regulatory requirements, we have streamlined the training requirements for all vendors, contractors, and students. Please complete any items in the section that best describes your Â鶹ÊÓƵ relationship.
Contractors*
Effective March 28th, all contractors will complete all training assignments in Workday. Workday is accessible via , Â鶹ÊÓƵ's intranet. If you do not have access to WaveNet, please speak with your Â鶹ÊÓƵ sponsor so submit a request on your behalf.
Students
Effective March 28th, all students will complete all training assignments in Workday. Workday is accessible via , Â鶹ÊÓƵ's intranet. If you do not have access to WaveNet, please speak with your school representative who should partner with their respective Â鶹ÊÓƵ Education Team representative to ensure you have the access needed to complete your assignments.
NOTE: EVMS students will access Workday via .
Vendors**
All clinical contracted vendors through the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Supply Chain Division should complete the required course and forms provided by Green Security. If you do not have access to Green Security, please register at . Expect request response time to be approximately 2-3 business days and note that background check attestations are no longer accepted by Â鶹ÊÓƵ This does result in longer wait times from initiating credentialing to the end.
*Contractors are those who are/will be working in a similar role to a regular employee in a department or a project team. For example, travel nurses and IT project team members. Typically, contractors need access to WaveNet to have access to Workday, policies & procedures, and various IT applications.
**Vendors are company representatives contracted through Â鶹ÊÓƵ Health which provides a service to Â鶹ÊÓƵ. For example, linen delivery, after-hours cleaning Â鶹ÊÓƵ office buildings, plant/floral maintenance, construction, etc.
