RCN Leadership Academy: Masterclass series

The RCN Leadership Academy is delighted to introduce a new quarterly Masterclass series.

The webinar series aims to equip nursing colleagues with the tools and confidence to lead with fairness and influence across complex health environments.

Across four expert-led sessions throughout 2026, this series explores how leadership behaviours, organisational cultures and systems of power shape workforce experiences and opportunities across health and care.

Each live webinar offers practical guidance, reflective space and strategic insight to support leaders who want to challenge inequity, strengthen inclusive cultures and drive meaningful change.

This series is open to all nursing colleagues who want to deepen their understanding of equity, leadership, and the dynamics of power across the health and social care system.
