The library session will stand you in great stead for the future. Using the day's topics as a prompt, participants will take a look at using library resources and services and learn how to find books about personal resilience from our modern collections, find articles about tribunal cases in historic journals, get support from the RCN librarians, and get started with subject guides for reps and activists. The RCN library is the largest nursing library collection in Europe, with many of the publications available electronically as part of your membership benefits once you know how to access them, so it's well worth learning about.
